Warranty Information:
Eternity Key® (”Product”), or any part thereof, created and distributed by or for iLine, LLC (”iLine”), iLine warrants that Product will be substantially free of defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. ILine will repair any returned Product it determines to be defective under this warranty. In the event that the repair is not possible, iLine will replace the Product. Owner of Product agrees to pay shipping cost.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY: This warranty extends only to the original owner of the Products who purchase and use the products in the United States. ILine total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of each Product. Customers who purchased and use the products outside the United States should contact directly the Resller, Distributor, or Retailler from whom they bought the Product about any applicable warranty or claim. This warranty expressly excludes: any cosmetic damage;any Product damage caused directly or indirectly by fire, flood, or other acts of God, accident, misuse, negligence, or abuse; rented Products; any Products repaired or altered by unauthorized iLine service center; or damage caused directly or indirectly by improper or neglected maintenance; improper or neglected maintenance; Products sold AS IS or on clearance; discontinued Products; any shipping damage cuased by improper customer or third party packing; and third part accessories.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, AND ALL OTHER LIABILITIES. ILINE MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ILINE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY THAT MAY ARICE FROM THE USE OF PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
